Services for Victor Sterling Jr., of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m.Monday, Aug. 22 at New Hope M.B. Church with burial in the churchcemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. at R.E. Tyler FuneralHome.

Mr. Sterling, 48, died Aug. 16, 2005, at his residence. He wasborn on March 22, 1957, to Victor Sterling Sr. and Anna LeeSterling.

He was a former truck driver for McLane Southern. He was amember of New Hope M.B. Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Catherine Williams Sterling, ofRidgeland; his daughter, Anna Sterling, of Blacksburg, Va.; hissons, Lamont Sterling and Victor Sterling III, both of Brookhaven,and Chris Sterling, of Hattiesburg; his sisters, Phyllis Watkins,of Brookhaven, and Sarah Sterling Willis, of Las Vegas, Nev.; hisbrothers, the Rev. Phillip Sterling, Donald Sterling and EarnestSterling, all of Brookhaven; and five grandchildren.
