Services for Katie Watts of Brookhaven are 2 p.m., today, Nov.29, at Friendship Baptist Church with burial in the churchcemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Services is in charge ofarrangements.
Visitation is today from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the church.
Miss Watts, 103, died Nov. 27, 2004, at Haven Hall. She was bornin Lincoln County on March 19, 1901, to Charlie Watts and AnnieSmith Watts.
She was retired. She was the oldest living member of FriendshipBaptist Church. She was a resident of Haven Hall for 20 years. MissWatts was a loving person who was always helping others. Shetouched the lives of many people who will cherish her memory.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her brothers, IraWatts, Zollie Watts and Burton Watts; and three sisters, ClaraSmith, Ruby Smith, and Verdie Watts.
Survivors are her sisters, Ivy Nettles and Dolly Jolly, both ofBrookhaven; and a host of nieces and nephews.
