Services for Francis Bernice Williamson of Monticello are 11a.m. Monday, Nov. 8 at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial inNew Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, both in Monticello.
Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. and Monday from 8-11 a.m. atthe funeral home.
Mrs. Williamson, 84, died Nov. 5, 2004, at Lawrence CountyHospital, following a long-term illness. She was born on Aug. 19,1920, to John Alvin Loper and Beatrice Ballard Loper.
She was a nurses aid. She was a member of the Lawrence CountyHome Extension Service, New Hope Baptist Church, and the church’sWoman’s Missionary Union.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, LouiseWilliamson.
Survivors are her daughters, Marion Watts and Beverly Walker,both of Monticello; her sisters, Lorraine Hawkins and Carolyn King,both of Monticello; her granddaughter, Bailey Walker; hergrandsons, Hugh Watts, Nathan Watts, Wesley Watts and Cory Watts;her great-granddaughter, Saydie Watts; and her great-grandsons,Shelby Turnage and Stetson Langley.
