Services for Luther Jackson “Jack” Coghlan of Summit are 11a.m., Tuesday, August 3, at Hartman Funeral Home Chapel in McComb,with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery in Summit. The Rev. Gary Grammerwill officiate.
Mr. Coghlan, 62, died Sunday, August 1, 2004, at his residence.He was born in Lincoln County on September 5, 1941, to Frank andL.E. Coghlan.
He was a retired construction worker.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and two brothers, Ceciland Derald Coghlan.
Survivors are his wife, Pauline Coghlan of Summit; hisstepdaughter, Barbara Brown of Summit; his stepson, Bobby Davis ofBrookhaven; his sisters, Nelda Faye Rollins of Brookhaven, JeanMurray of McCall Creek, Laura Sue Williams of Wesson, HazelBordelon of Baton Rouge, La., and Carline Bordelon of Tucson,Ariz.; his brothers, Frank Garland Coghlan and Thomas JasperCoghlan, both of Brookhaven; four step-grandchildren; sevenstep-great-grandchildren; a special niece and nephew, Dawn Southerand Jason Coghlan; and a host of other nieces and nephews.
