Services for Delma Laird Pennington Jacks of Brookhaven are 1p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 26, at Harrigill Funeral Home Chapel withgraveside services at 3:30 p.m., in Lakewood Cemetery inJackson.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5-8 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mrs. Jacks, 85, died Nov. 23, 2003, in Houston, Texas. She wasborn in Lincoln County on Oct. 14, 1918, to Zack Laird and FlorenceReed Laird.

She was a homemaker, and a member of Brookway Church ofChrist.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, D.M.Jacks; and a son, Troy Gene Pennington.

Survivors are her sons and daughters-in-law, Edward LeePennington and Brenda, and Kenneth Ray Pennington and Linda; hergrandchildren, Christy, Stephen, Whitney, Shelly, Danny and Angela;and six great-grandchildren.
