Services for Helen Ruth Wesley of Monticello are 2 p.m.,Thursday, Nov. 13, at Fair Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Omawith burial in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Oma.

Visitation is Wednesday from noon-5 p.m., at Tyler FuneralHome.

Ms. Wesley, 75, died Nov. 8, 2003, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. She was born in Lawrence County on May 24, 1928, to WillieB. Martin and Rosie Bell Simmons Martin.

She was a former RCA Recording Studio employee in Chicago, Ill.,where she cut demo tapes. She was a member of Fair Hill MissionaryBaptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Survivors are her brother, Ray Anderson of Richland; hersister-in-law, Sharner Tate Anderson of Richland; and her nephew,Jared R. Tate Anderson of Richland.
