Wesson gets ready for annual flea market

Those looking for family fun and a few bargains can findeverything they need Saturday at the 32nd Annual Wesson Flea MarketArts and Crafts Show.
The streets of downtown Wesson will be filled with booths andshoppers from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at what is expected to be agood turnout.
“We’re getting a full house,” said organizer Kenneth Furr. “Wehope to have 350 booths.”
The booths will feature everything from hair bows to floralarrangements and woodwork to antiques, with vendors fromMississippi, Louisiana and Tennessee.
“Everyone is encouraged to come see what is offered,” saidFurr.
Food booths include boiled peanuts, shrimp gumbo, barbecue,hamburgers and hot dogs. Only civic groups and church groups in theWesson area will be allowed to sell food.
