Services for David Wayne Mason of Summit are 2 p.m. Sunday,March 2, at Catchings Funeral Home with burial in EnonCemetery.

Visitation is Sunday, March 2, from noon until service time atthe funeral home.

Mr. Mason, 44, died Feb. 27, 2003, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center following a sudden illness. He was born inOmaha, Neb., on Nov. 9, 1958, to the late Hershel M. and Vera BoydMason of Enon.

He was a tool pusher for Trans Ocean. He was a member of BogueChitto Carter’s Creek Baptist Church at Pricedale.

Preceding him in death were his father and a brother, BearlMason.

Survivors are his mother; fiance, Vickie McAllister Mason; sons,Clifton Mason and Nathan Mason, all of Summit; a daughter, TaraNation of Tylertown; stepdaughters, Tanya Taylor of Summit and Pvt.Lindsey Taylor of Fort Jackson, S.C.; brother, Troy Hershel Masonof Batesville, Ark.; and a sister, Pamela Mason Guy ofHattiesburg.
