Services for Thomas Allen Rogers Sr. of Jackson are 10 a.m.,Thursday, Nov. 21, at St. Richard Catholic Church with burial inParkway Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-8 p.m. at Nowell-Flippin FuneralHome.

Mr. Rogers, 63, died Nov. 17, 2002, at V.A. Medical Center. Hewas born in Jackson on Oct. 27, 1939, and was raised in Kilgore,Texas.

He was a retired floor-covering contractor. He served in the AirForce, the Military Police, and Military Intelligence, where he wasassigned to guard Air Force One and the president of the U.S.

Preceding him in death were his brother, David William Rogers;his sister, Jackie D. Rogers; and his parents, James and TadRogers.

Survivors are his wife, Margie A. Rogers of Jackson; his sons,Thomas Allen Rogers Jr. of Pearl and James W. Rogers of Clinton;his daughters, Suzanne Callahan of Madison, Terri L. Rogers ofByram, and Dianna M. Rogers of Jackson; his sisters, Barbara Nauand Peggy Monahan of Brookhaven; and four grandchildren.
