Services for George E. O’Neal of Houma, La., are 2 p.m.,Thursday, May 23, at Franklin Funeral Home Chapel with burial inMidway Cemetery.

Visitation is Wednesday from 5-9 p.m. and Thursday from 8 a.m.until service time at the funeral home.

Mr. O’Neal, 62, died May 20, 2002, at Thibodaux Regional MedicalCenter. He was born in Franklin County on Oct. 2, 1939, to PercyO’Neal and Claudia Loper O’Neal Garrison.

He was in sales with Petroleum Company Ordinators, Inc. He was amember of the Baptist faith.

Preceding him in death were his father; and his grandmother,Janie Ellington.

Survivors are his mother, Claudia O’Neal Garrison of McCallCreek; his brothers, David O’Neal of Lafayetteville, La., RoyceGarrison of Repton, Ala., and Johnny Garrison of Sulphur, La.; hissisters, Jackie Kent of Meadville, Dera Mira of Tampa, Fla., andClaris Westbrook of McCall Creek; his uncle, Charles Loper of Bude;and a host of nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to a favorite hospice.
