The Brookhaven Academy girls posted a pair of wins over SimpsonCounty and Wilkinson County Christian Academy on Saturday andFriday night respectively.

Lauren Smith pumped in 13 points, made four steals and had fourassists to lead host Brookhaven to a 53-24 win over SimpsonSaturday.

Friday night, Leah Davis led the way with 10 points and fiverebounds in a 44-17 victory over Wilkinson Academy atWoodville.

The Brookhaven girls, coached by Barry Gray, improved to 21-1with the wins.

In the win over Simpson, Anna Gatlin added support forBrookhaven with 12 points and six rebounds. Leah Davis collectedfive rebounds and five assists.

Ancy Myers and Smith contribute to the win over WCCA with ninepoints apiece. Myers led off the backboards with six rebounds.
