Services for Imogene “Jean” Martin Case of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.Sunday, Sept. 23, at Sylvarena Baptist Church with burial in thechurch cemetery.
Visitation is Sunday, Sept. 23, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. atBrookhaven Funeral Home.
Mrs. Case, 77, died Friday, Sept. 21, 2001, at the residence ofher daughter in Wesson. She was born in Tchula on Aug. 7, 1924, tothe late James L. and Edna Leggett Martin.
She was the former owner of Case Rental Tools. She was a memberof First Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Emmett Case;and brothers, James Martin and Milton Martin.
Survivors are her daughters and sons-in-law, Sylvia and JohnHarrington of Mobile, Ala., and Janet and A.C. Currie of Wesson;brothers, Marvin Martin and Charles Martin, both of Brookhaven;sisters, Alyce Martin of Canton, Olivia Newman of Brookhaven,Virginia Sebus, Carol Waterman and Lucille Weiss, all of Reno,Nev., and Dorothy Hennis of Portland, Texas; aunt, Nell Wiesser;five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous niecesand nephews.
