Services for Katherine Holder Leggett of Brookhaven are 11 a.m.,Tuesday, April 17, at Calvary Baptist Church with burial in thechurch cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-8 p.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home andTuesday from 10 a.m. until service time at the church.

Mrs. Leggett, 88, died April 14, 2001, at King’s DaughtersMedical Center. She was born in Bay Springs on Oct. 9, 1912, toBenjamin Holder and Edna Fail Holder.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church,where she was a former Sunday school teacher and member of WMU.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, T. J.Leggett; and five brothers and two sisters.

Survivors are her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and BeverlyLeggett of Brookhaven; her sisters, Jean Jordan of Bay Springs,Mary Montgomery of Mobile, and Lucille Holder of Leakesville; hergranddaughters, Renee Ravenhorst of Brookhaven, Susan Baskin ofMadison and Tomma Petrus of LaGrange, Ga.; and fivegreat-grandchildren.
