• David L. Wise, 06-01-1970, 1218 Mt. Zion Road – arrested by Brookhaven Police Department for possession of open beer, expired driving license and no proof of insurance. Released.

• Amanda Allen, 11-11-1959, Monticello – arrested by BPD for shoplifting. Released.

• Latoya S. Stewart, 11-24-1982, McComb – arrested by BPD for contempt of court. In jail.

• Cecil R. Sylest, 06-28-1976, Wesson – arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff department for failure to pay child support. Released.
