The Lincoln County jail docket for Monday was as follows:

• Maurice P. Guss, 01-02-1990, 411 Washington St. – arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff Department for indictment. In jail.

• Irby L. McLaurin, 07-09-1950, 8912 Beauregard St. – arrested by Brookhaven Police Department for discharging/displaying a weapon and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. In jail.

• Chad Smith, 02-21-1984, 865 Howard Road – arrested by LCSD for failure to comply, driving with suspended drivers license, possession of beer in a dry county, possession of liquor in a dry county, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and careless driving. Released.

• Todd Williamson, 09-05-1969, Summit – arrested by LCSD for telephone harassment. Released.
