• Nathan L. Freeman, 05-02-1987, Monticello – charged with trespassing and burglary by the Lincoln County Sheriff Department. In jail.

• Jaboris T. Leggett, 06-26-1993, 413 Main Street. – charged with grand larceny and burglary by Brookhaven Police Department. In jail.

• Wendy M. Scruggs, 09-01-1977, 1564 Hilltop Lane. – charged with for shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by LCSD. In jail.
