Also enjoying BarkFest are (from left) Ginger McMillian, her rescued Chinese Crested, Ming, and McTavish, a 14-year-old Scottish terrier. BarkFest is held each year as a fundraiser for the Brookhaven Animal Rescue League. The event was initiated years ago by MSA students who wanted to raise awareness of BARL.
