• Darius Tremaine Fields, 2-14-1992, of 2456 Grant Road – Charged with simple assault/domestic violence and four counts of forgery by Brookhaven Police Department. In jail.

• Albert Charles Thomas, 10-25-1979, of 1082 Tower Road, Hazlehurst – Charged with felonious bad check by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department. In jail.

• Precious Marie Allen, 7-10-1972, of 410 Martin Luther King Drive – Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness by BPD. In jail.

• Joseph Daniel Martin, 12-23-1978, of 941 Sams Road – Charged with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and probation violation by LCSO. In jail.

• Macco M. Nelson, 11-9-1984, of 100 Fred Walley Drive – Charged with contempt of court by BPD. In jail.
