SUMMIT — The fans of Southwest basketball will have a chance to get a sneak preview of both teams Wednesday when the teams hold their second annual 8:30 Madness. The event will be held at The Basketball Center on the Southwest campus beginning at 8:30 p.m..

Both teams will be introduced to the fans and conduct short, six-minute scrimmages. In addition, there will be a women’s three-point shoot out and a men’s dunk contest.

Also, there will be performances by the Southwest cheerleaders and Redline (dance team) as well as well as the pep band. In addition, fans will also be able to get into the act with games of Dizzy Izzy, Hot Shot and Bump and, at the end of the night, prizes will be given away.
